Questions for July's Book Club Contest: "Streets of Clay," by Dr. Joseph Kott

With every month's selection, TransportiCA provides three questions, and if you send us all three correct responses, by the end of the month, and your name is drawn, you will win our prize.  July’s winner receives a $50.00 donation to Transportation Choices for Sustainable Communities Research and Policy Institute (founded by Dr. Kott), pledged in the winner's honor.

Contest questions for "Streets of Clay" are:
1) Besides "Ph.D.," Dr. Kott has two other titles next to his name.  What are they, and what do they mean?
2) Dr. Kott authored a landmark report with the organization TransForm; what was the name of this report, and what governmental agency independently confirmed the report's research findings?
3) Dr. Kott was an active professor at San Jose State University, the Mineta Transportation Institute, Presidio Graduate School, Sonoma State University, UC Berkeley, as well as, Stanford.  Where did Dr. Kott began his career as a professor?

Thank you for your interest in the Book Club, and best of luck with the contest!

No purchase is necessary, as questions are not taken directly from the publication, but from respective technical information, publicity, and/or the author's professional lives.  To send in your response, submit via TransportiCA's "Contact Form" on the front-page (bottom left), sending your name, email address and answers.  The deadline for submission is 23:59, Wednesday, 31 July 2019.
