Questions for the December Book Club Selection: "Start-Up City"

This contest has since concluded; congratulations to Sharif Mahmud of Bangladesh for answering all three questions below.  Please feel free to visit the January 2018 contest.

For the December 2017 Book Club selection, TransportiCA has chosen Start-Up City: Inspiring Private and Public Entrepreneurship, Getting Projects Done, and Having Fun, by Gabe Klein and David Vega-Barachowitz.

With every month's selection, TransportiCA provides three questions, and if you send us all three correct responses by the end of the month, and your name is drawn, you will win a copy of the book.

The contest questions for Start-Up City are:

(1) In Chicago, and when Klein served as the Transportation Commissioner, it was said he and Mayor Emanuel were, "getting shit done."

(2) Name one of two organizations where Klein has served as a Fellow.  Centre for Livable Cities and Urban Land Institute.

(3) It has been said Klein, "has transportation in his blood."  Growing up, Klein worked with his parents where?  At their bicycle shop.

No purchase is necessary, as questions are not taken directly from the publication, but from respective technical information and publicity.  To send-in your responses, submit via TransportiCA's "Contact Form" on the front-page (bottom left), sending your name, email address and answers.  The deadline for submission is 23:59, Sunday, 31 December 2017.

Thank you for your interest in the Book Club, and best of luck with the contest!
