TransportiCA has issued the following statement regarding the denial of the Dakota Access Pipeline permit:

"TransportiCA supports the Army Corps of Engineers decision to deny the easement permit for the Dakota Access Pipeline.  The intensive transmission of oil, and other dirty energy sources, is not in the interest of our nation, environment and national security.  Our world is at the point where only the pursuit and development of sustainable energy - renewably-based sources - will be of any benefit to our environmental and overall future, benefitting all Americans.  We also thank the brave men and women who exercised their first amendment right, enduring verbal, physical and legally-questionable abuse by law enforcement throughout the Standing Rock protest."

Greg Justice is the Founder / Editor of TransportiCA.
